Please allow up to 48 hours after payment for us to process your order before it is dispatched.
You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. After this period, your order may already be in transit. In such cases, please refer to our standard Return Policy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
