What is your Refund Policy?
At Hairrova, we are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. While we take every step to make sure our products meet high-quality standards, sometimes issues may arise. We’re happy to accept returns & refunds for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
A request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be in original condition with any of the original packaging included. Items that appear damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted. For a successful return, the item(s) must be sent back to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchanges will depend on availability at the time we receive the return for processing.

We will provide you with the full return address once your return has been authorized. Please do not send back items without first contacting us via email.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for it to be processed. You’ll receive an email once our team has reviewed and confirmed your return.
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to us for an exchange or refund is not covered or reimbursed by Hairrova. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
We recommend using tracked or recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible if the returned item(s) are lost in transit.
